GateScan Terms of Service

GateScan access

GateScan is a GateKeep feature/service available to eligible GateKeep subscribers. GateScan is not a separately sold product, does not have separate GateScan pricing, and does not provide a separate GateScan subscription or checkout.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your GateKeep account credentials secure and for activity under your account. GateScan uses the existing GateKeep identity and entitlement relationship to determine access.

Amazon seller authorization

To use Amazon-connected GateScan functionality, you may need to authorize GateScan through Amazon's authorization process. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect the Amazon seller account and for complying with Amazon policies.

Eligibility information

Amazon selling restrictions and eligibility can change. GateScan does not guarantee that you are approved to sell a product, brand, category, or product type, or that you will remain eligible. GateScan does not automatically obtain Amazon approval for you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse GateScan, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, abuse Amazon authorization flows, or use GateScan in violation of Amazon policies, applicable law, or GateKeep terms.

Availability and changes

GateScan functionality may change, be unavailable, or be suspended for maintenance, security, platform, entitlement, or misuse reasons. GateKeep may update GateScan and these terms as the service evolves.

Ownership and disclaimers

GateScan and related materials are owned by GateKeep or its licensors. GateScan is provided without promises of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or guaranteed Amazon approval outcomes.

GateScan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon and related marks are the property of Amazon or its affiliates.
